The Total Quality Check and Coding Center (TQCC) fulfills this task in an ideal way with its multi-functional and modular designed combination system. The centerpiece is the high performance HC checkweigher.
It reliably deals with the ultra-fast and precise weighing, sorts the good products from the bad and controls to the millimeter all connected conveyor belts. By means of a multitude of optional features (e.g. carton flap control, product-flow control, etc.) the HC implements further process controls safely and correctly according to the application.
The integrated vector laser inscribes the accepted packages in 3-point type quality according to your specifications. Thus each package is given a durable seal of quality which can later be checked for accuracy and legibility by additionally installing an OCR camera system. If the results, which are read out, do not correspond to the preset limits, the checkweigher sorts out the products, which have thus been identified.
